Pesticide Training

From trees and hedges to lawns and flowerbeds, soft landscaping elements shape any outdoor environment. However, the right pesticides are needed to ensure the continued health of these green spaces and protect them from harmful pests. 

Since 2015, it has been a legal requirement that pesticides are only used by someone who has been properly trained and holds a recognised specified certificate; that’s why here at the Landscape Academy, we offer a variety of pesticide courses, including:

• Pesticides – PA1 & PA6
• Pesticides – PA6 Water
• Pesticides – Plug 
• Pesticides – Stem

As well as providing a practical demonstration, we’ll teach you everything you’ll need to know about working with pesticides, from the hazards associated with pesticide use to safe working practices and advice on how to handle incidents.
